Chocolat Crisp Ice Cream

Yum yum..m my chocolar ice is finally finished. I never eat such an amazing chcocolat ice... It's for real chocaholics XD
Oh and it has crisp inside XD
After the first two Ice Cream Shootings I decided that this will be my summer project.
Its so different to my regular shootings, so it makes really fun.
Next Ice will be strawberry and on friday I have a fashion and portraitshooting with Mina and Kate ( this time as my assistent) By the way: Congrats to your new job Kate.

Back to the Ice Cream: The beautiful lillies are from my garden. I love lillies.
My favorite flowers. We have them in all colors here...

Walnut Marple-Syrup Ice Cream

okay, my second selfmade ice is finished....
And now I have no space in my freezer for more creations....

Vanilla Ice Cream

My Vanilla Ice is ready....
And I used it for a quick shooting
But to the start:
On tuesday my Mum and me went shopping and we found a book with different ice recipe.
So I started yesterday with Vanilla ice. And today I made( or better I'm still making walnut-maple syrup ice.
So, while my walnut-maple syrup ice is in the freezer for 2 hours, I tasted the vanilla ice from yesterday... *YUMMY*
And because of the fact that I love food photography from cooking-books and the fact that in this ice-book aren't so good photos. I tried the first time to photograph food.

And because the facts that I
a) love ice
b) think cooking and baking is very inspiring
c) I need a new project

I will try to create my own ice recipe and make my own ice-making-book. ( I'm sure next week I'll forgett this idea XD)

Something or nothing

Orginally I should fly to London in 7 days.
Family and side-seeing holiday with my Mum.
Now my Mum is still in the hospital. The doctors strike.... and we can nothing do then waiting...

I get a call due to my exhebition in september. It's still unclear, They had a few queations. But if I understood the woman on the phone right, I'm in the last round of the selection.
I'm very hopefull... If I'm finally in the selection, it could be the best thing for my previous career as a photographer.
